“HÉRITAGE BOURGUIGNON”
SET
FLAVIE & SIMONE
A signature duet of Burgundy’s two noble grapes: the bright, finely-etched Chardonnay and the silky, red-fruited Pinot Noir. Two historic family cuvées—Bourgogne Chardonnay “Cuvée Flavie” and Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Cuvée Simone”—come together to showcase our roots in and around Chassagne-Montrachet.
A ready-to-pour snapshot of our house style: a chiselled, saline-tinged Chardonnay alongside a supple, aromatic Pinot Noir—two complementary readings of the same Burgundian heritage.
Our prices include all taxes (VAT).
Limited to 3 boxes per order.
About the wines

Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Cuvée Simone” – Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Cuvée Simone” — Pinot Noir from clay-limestone soils, ~45-year-old vines across deep, well-drained plots in Remigny and at the foot of the Chassagne slope near Puligny-Montrachet/Corpeau (about 1.00 ha), south-facing. Ideal drinking 5–8 years from vintage; cellaring potential up to ~10 years.
