Bourgogne Chardonnay “Cuvée Flavie” – Precise fruit, fresh tension, mouth-watering finish: the house’s white signature.

Bouzeron “Les Bouillottes” — Hillside Aligoté: citrus-lined, mineral, highly drinkable.

Santenay “Vieilles Vignes” — Charming Chardonnay with silky texture and chalk-etched length.

Beaune 1er Cru “Champs-Pimont” — Broad yet balanced, marrying ripe fruit and bright acidity; real cellaring scope.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Cuvée Simone” – Crunchy red fruit, supple tannins, immediate pleasure.

Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge — Black cherry, gentle spice, velvety feel, elegant finish.

Pommard 1er Cru “Clos des Arvelets” — Depth and drive with fine-grained tannins; serious aging potential.
