Since 2021, this new cuvée, made with grapes selected at harvest time, extends our range of great white wines. « The fields at the bottom of the mountain » was chosen for its chalky soil, giving a mineral and salty profile. The East exposure is balanced by a mid-slope altitude.

Ideal drinking window of 5 to 8 years – variable depending on transport and storage conditions.
Ageing potential of 10 years – variable depending on transport and storage conditions.
