Purchased in 2014 and initially planted with Pinot Noir varietal vines on half of its surface, this plot located in the mountain wood in the West side of Beaune, was completed with Chardonnay vines in order to produce a racy, fresh white wine, enjoying the altitude and the woody surroundings.
Tasting:
Ideal drinking window of 5 to 8 years – variable depending on transport and storage conditions.
Ageing potential of 10 years – variable depending on transport and storage conditions.
