En Remilly, one of the most beautiful slopes of Saint-Aubin which looks southwards, on a steep slope leaving the vine no choice but to take deep roots, gives Saint Aubin its letters of nobility. It has entered the golden triangle of great white wine appellations: after Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne, Saint-Aubin is now part of the equation!
