About the wines

Bouzeron “Les Bouillottes” — Lively, mineral Aligoté with a saline, refreshing finish.

Santenay Vieilles Vignes — Charming Chardonnay: white-fruit aromatics, silky feel, chalk-etched length.

Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Cuvée Simone” – Crunchy red fruit, supple tannins, moreish and approachable.

Chassagne-Montrachet Red — Black-cherry core, gentle spice, velvety texture and elegant finish.

Pommard 1er Cru “Clos des Arvelets” — Depth and drive with fine-grained tannins; built to age.
