About the wines
Bourgogne Aligoté “Les Grands Champs” — Old massal selections from the 1930s on marl, south-facing, along the Puligny/Corpeau border: a terroir-driven Aligoté, citrus-lined and saline, with vibrant tension.
Bourgogne Chardonnay “Cuvée Flavie” — Clay-limestone foot-slope Chardonnay: precise fruit, fresh spine and a gourmand profile — the house’s welcoming signature.
Bouzeron “Les Bouillottes” — From Burgundy’s only village appellation dedicated to Aligoté: white marls over limestone deliver pulsing tension and clear-cut minerality.
Santenay Vieilles Vignes — ~45-year-old Chardonnay on clay-limestone, east-facing: supple texture, white-fruit aromas, and a chalky, mouth-watering finish.
Beaune 1er Cru “Champs-Pimont” — A Côte de Beaune Premier Cru with breadth and structure, balancing ripe fruit and bright acidity for genuine cellaring potential.
12 to 14.5% Vol. depending on the vintage.

After transport: Let bottles rest 24–48h.
Temperatures : Aligoté & Bouzeron 10–12 °C (50–54 °F); Bourgogne Chardonnay & Santenay 11–13 °C (52–55 °F); Beaune 1er Cru 12–13 °C (54–55 °F).
Oxygenation: open 20–30 minutes ahead; a light decant can help young wines.
